College Counselling: Cialfo and PSAT

BSFIS has partnered with Cialfo, a career counselling platform through which students are exposed to a wide variety of careers and universities in India and abroad which facilitates a scientific approach to making informed choices. Along with the counsellor at BSFIS, Cialfo’s student academic advisor facilitates the choice of pre-university courses based on further aptitude and personality tests. This is followed by counselling sessions for the students and parents so that post-IGCSE, pre-university course selection is made thoughtfully and diligently. Parents and students are trained to use the Cialfo platform optimally. Students are further guided for the subject selection for A Levels. College Counselling enables students from Grades 9 and 10 to choose from subjects in the A Levels, IB or any other High School Program.

BSFIS is affiliated with the College Board so the students can opt for PSAT examinations in the first term of Grade 10 to gauge their skills for the standardized test. PSAT is a valuable tool and an objective measure of scholastic aptitude. The performance will provide valuable guidelines to prepare for the SAT. SAT scores are required and even accepted for University admissions in India and abroad.
